Shipping and Returns
1. PRICES
Our shipping costs are constantly updated. The seller accepts the price upon receipt of the order.
Prices are quoted in Euros and include Spanish VAT. Shipping costs are not included.
2. PAYMENT METHODS
You can pay for your order by credit/debit card, bank transfer (processed after payment is received), or via BIZUM.
3. DELIVERY TIMES
In-store pickup: We will notify you as soon as your order is ready for pickup.
In-stock items: Delivery within 5 to 7 days.
Custom-made items: Delivery within 15 to 30 days.
4. SHIPPING
Orders are delivered by our partners (to your door).
We always look for the most affordable provider to keep costs as low as possible for you.
5. RECEIPT
Inspect your package and note any damage, even minor damage, on the delivery receipt or the agency's electronic device with "Package damaged."
Some items require "special acceptance."
In case of significant damage, please refuse delivery of the package.
This step is important so that the agency and we can be held liable for any product damage.
Please inform us as soon as possible so that we can address the incident and initiate a solution.
6. PRODUCT INSPECTION
If you will not be using the product immediately, you have 48 hours from receipt of the package to check its condition and the complete parts list.
If you find any defects, please send us photos and a detailed list of the defective parts to info@global-multiservice.es. After 48 hours, we will no longer be able to process any further requests.
7. REPAIRS
Defects, breakages, or missing parts discovered during inspection will be rectified by us or the manufacturer by sending the necessary parts or components. We undertake to carry this out promptly and, of course, free of charge. We will replace the entire product at our discretion. The replaced product or part remains our property.
8. RETURNS
You can return the products within a maximum of 14 days. The return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
The product must be returned in its original packaging, sealed, and in perfect condition.
*For returns of orders paid for with the BIZUM payment method, the amounts paid (including shipping costs – unless the buyer keeps part of the ordered products) will be refunded less the return shipping costs. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
9. WARRANTY
Our products have a three-year warranty in accordance with legal regulations. Warranty processing is handled by the manufacturer.
A proof of purchase or an invoice is required.
